Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competitive athlete. Following her decision to quit gymnastics, she began to compete in fitness competitions when she was a teenager. She won her Pro Card within a year when she was 17 years old. She was awarded her Pro Card just one year later, at the age of 17. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest person ever. Ariel was forced to take an absence of six years from the stage following the award of her Pro card in order to finish the college. The return to competitive competition in 2015 was an extension of previous performances, in which she participated in events of the highest level like Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. After the initial event for a number of years, setting bigger goals each year. The year 2009 saw four new fitness titles have been added to her portfolio. In 2009, she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion which saw her become one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). This meant that she was able to participate in Fitness Olympia. She stepped on the Olympia stage after three months, taking sixth place at the Fitness Division. Ariel acknowledges that she did not have any goals. The athlete was satisfied with her placement. The competition was among the top athletes. Ariel constantly improving her body. Ariel is known to be focused specifically on the back. The workouts she does to work her back are bent-over row on the machine with single arm lat pull-downs. The warm-up phase is typically done prior to the exercise. Ariel is also known for making use of every minute. The routine she does for her back is comprised of 3 or more supersets consisting of 10-12 reps.
